Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our business, including GoHighLevel (CRM), Google (Analytics), and email service providers. These parties are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Legal Requirements

4. The AOH Platform — How Your Operational Data Is Stored
When you subscribe to AOH, you receive a secure login to your own private workspace on our hosted platform. All operational data you enter — contacts, pipeline records, setlists, contracts, invoices, signed agreements, notes, and uploaded files — is stored on our servers (hosted via Vercel and Supabase, both of which maintain their own industry-standard security and compliance programs), encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest.
Your workspace is isolated from every other client's workspace — no other AOH client can see or access your data, and the same applies in reverse. AOH administrators have the technical ability to access account-level data for support, billing, and account management purposes (for example, to assist you if you're locked out, or to confirm your subscription status), but do not use this access to view your operational data except as needed to provide support you've requested or as required by law.
If your subscription ends, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted unless you request an export beforehand. You may request a full export of your data at any time by contacting info@theaohub.com.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and analyze website traffic.
- Essential cookies — required for basic website functionality

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality. By continuing to use our website, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing info@theaohub.com. Transactional and service emails related to your active subscription are not subject to unsubscribe requests.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Specifically:
- Lead form data is retained in our CRM for 24 months from date of submission
- Active client operational data (platform account data) is retained for the duration of your subscription, plus 30 days after cancellation to allow reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted
- Email communication records are retained for 36 months
- Website analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (26 months)
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@theaohub.com.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our website and platform
- Encryption at rest for platform account data, via our hosting providers (Vercel and Supabase)
- Per-account data isolation — your platform data is logically separated from every other client's
- Access controls limiting who can view customer data, in both our CRM and the platform itself
- Use of reputable third-party infrastructure providers with their own security and compliance programs (Vercel, Supabase, Google, GoHighLevel)
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
