AOH — Artist Operations Hub ("AOH," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit www.theaohub.com or use our platform and services.
When you fill out our contact or interest form, we collect:
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
We use the following third-party services that may collect data on our behalf:
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our business, including GoHighLevel (CRM), Google (Analytics), and email service providers. These parties are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
When you subscribe to AOH, you receive a secure login to your own private workspace on our hosted platform. All operational data you enter — contacts, pipeline records, setlists, contracts, invoices, signed agreements, notes, and uploaded files — is stored on our servers (hosted via Vercel and Supabase, both of which maintain their own industry-standard security and compliance programs), encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest.
Your workspace is isolated from every other client's workspace — no other AOH client can see or access your data, and the same applies in reverse. AOH administrators have the technical ability to access account-level data for support, billing, and account management purposes (for example, to assist you if you're locked out, or to confirm your subscription status), but do not use this access to view your operational data except as needed to provide support you've requested or as required by law.
If your subscription ends, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted unless you request an export beforehand. You may request a full export of your data at any time by contacting info@theaohub.com.
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and analyze website traffic.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality. By continuing to use our website, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy.
If you submit your email address through our website or lead form, you agree to receive communications from AOH including:
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing info@theaohub.com. Transactional and service emails related to your active subscription are not subject to unsubscribe requests.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Specifically:
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@theaohub.com.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including Google, GoHighLevel, social media platforms, and other services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
