Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 24, 2026  ·  Last Updated: June 24, 2026  ·  theaohub.com

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AOH — Artist Operations Hub ("AOH," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website at theaohub.com and our hosted platform. By signing up for or using AOH, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

AOH is a hosted, web-based platform for artists, bands, and managers to run their booking and live-performance business — including a booking CRM, prospect research, setlist management, gig tracking, contracts and invoicing, electronic signatures, fan management, and AI-assisted tools.

AOH is provided as a subscription service. You access AOH through a private login we create for you; there is no software to install and no local file to maintain.

2. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Commitment

AOH is offered in multiple subscription tiers (currently Solo Artist, Pro Artist, and Manager/Agency), each billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of signup.

3. Account Access and Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@theaohub.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate account and billing information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to operating your music/performance business.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. AI-Generated Content and Search Results

AOH includes AI-assisted features, including a research tool that searches the web for venue and booking contact information, and tools that draft emails, social posts, and other text.

AI-generated content and search results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Contact details surfaced by the platform's search tools are sourced from publicly available information at the time of the search and are not independently verified by AOH. You are responsible for confirming accuracy before relying on AI-generated content or contact information, including before sending outreach, signing agreements, or making business decisions based on it.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into AOH (contacts, gigs, setlists, contracts, invoices, notes, and uploaded files). Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and data you upload or enter, including any third-party contact information you store in the platform.

7. Electronic Signatures

AOH provides a feature allowing you to send agreements to third parties for electronic signature via a unique link. Signatures collected through this feature are intended to serve as the parties' electronic signature under applicable e-signature law (such as the U.S. ESIGN Act), but AOH makes no representation that this feature satisfies the specific legal requirements of every jurisdiction or every type of contract. You are responsible for determining whether electronic signature is appropriate for your specific agreement.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AOH if: your account becomes more than 15 days past due on payment; you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use provisions; or we reasonably believe your use of the platform poses a security or legal risk to AOH or other clients.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep AOH available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform depends on third-party infrastructure (including hosting and AI providers) that may experience outages outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AOH is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, that AI-generated content or search results will be accurate, or that the platform will meet your specific business requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOH and its owners/operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost bookings, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AOH harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights — including claims arising from outreach you send to contacts found through the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, notify active clients by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AOH is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
